"Exercise in Disguise" This class format combines fast and slow rhythms to Latin and International music and dance movements that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness for a balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.

Please note that the Tuesday and Thursday classes have separate enrollment lists.
