Light and Easy Ambrosia
Serving Size: 1/2 CupIngredients
- 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks in light syrup, drained
- 1 jar (6 ounces) maraschino cherries, drained and halved
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup (8 ounces) low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons sweetened flaked coconut
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss until evenly coated with the yogurt.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
