Light and Easy Ambrosia

Serving Size: 1/2 Cup

Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks in light syrup, drained
  • 1 jar (6 ounces) maraschino cherries, drained and halved
  • 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened flaked coconut

Directions

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss until evenly coated with the yogurt.

Cover and chill for at least 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
